Johan Claassen will be joining Spencer as Chief Operating Officer beginning October 3, 2022.
Johan is an accomplished leader with extensive experience leading large complex organizations, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at Diversified a global Pro-AV and Media Technology company.
Johan has more than 25 years’ experience in Operations & Sales Management, P&L Management, business turnarounds, large scale operating model & organizational re-engineering initiatives, acquisitions and designing and implementing successful global enterprise-wide programs including Operational Excellence and multiple ERP rollouts.
In addition to his work, Johan has served as a board member of the Technology Services Industry Association’s (TSIA) Industrial Equipment Advisory Board, a member of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals and a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
