Richard (Rick) Holt joined Spencer Technologies May 15th, 2023, as the newly appointed Executive Vice President of Sales.
Rick recently spent 4 years at CAS as the Global Lead for Strategic Accounts and has held multiple executive managerial roles over his 32-year career at companies such as IBM, Lexmark, NCR and Dell. Mr. Holt also brings over 15 years of experience in the Retail industry.
Previously, Rick has a BS in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business.
I am extremely excited about joining Spencer Technologies as the new Executive Vice President of Sales. The Spencer team has architected a solid foundation off which to build, and I think there is an enormous amount of market opportunity in front of us. My vision for the company is one of growth and expansion and my plan is to focus on building both strong direct customer relationships and bolstering our partnerships within the channel. Ultimately, I envision collaborations with our customers that intimately comprehends their requirements so Spencer can deliver our capabilities against those requirements for leading edge solutions that will make our customers more efficient and more profitable. – Rick
