In January 2021, following an unprecedented year that was 2020, we found ourselves adapting to a new way of showcasing our online presence at this year’s NRF virtual show.
The National Retail Federation’s Big Show brought together the largest retail community featuring six days of insights and innovations from the leading voices of the industry. Exhibitors hosted online digital booths and presentations showcasing their “Big Ideas”.
Throughout the days, companies were invited to virtually meet some of our team members, including key partners that have become a big part of our product and service offerings.
The New Wave of Retail Technologies
With a 45-year track record of supporting retailers, Spencer was honored to host our in-depth 30-minute presentation on what RFID can do for you and why we believe RFID will become a necessity for all retailers in the future.
Our presentation concluded with a live Q&A featuring David Strickler – Spencer President/CEO, Jonathan “JLee” Lee – Spencer EVP of Shared Services, and Susan Flake – Zebra Director of RFID Business Development.
A diverse group of questions was answered including:
- How can I do a Pilot / Proof-of-Concept?
- What equipment do I need to launch RFID?
- How can I tag smaller items?
The event was attended by over 350 companies, during which time our team had the pleasure of catching up with existing customers and showing new customers our range of capabilities.
