A few key highlights:
- Less than 18 percent of respondents noted that they will leave a brand that fails to reward all their mobile, online app, and in-store purchases.
- At the store, speed and efficiency are critical with 20 percent of those using pickup noting speed of service as the most important consideration; For in-store shopping, another 17 percent said efficient customer service and fast checkout counted most.
- 72 percent of shoppers age 18-29 chose checkout options other than regular cashier checkout.
